The Village by Eli is a parenting app designed to support new parents through baby tracking, partner synchronisation, night shift planning, wellbeing check-ins, and private family sharing tools. The app is currently in pre-launch phase.

Any content you submit to The Village by Eli — including baby photos, milestone notes, tracking logs, and wellbeing responses — remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display this content solely for the purpose of providing you with the service.
We will never use your personal content for advertising, AI model training, or any purpose beyond delivering the features you have signed up for.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share with your Village — including photos shared in the Village Social feed — does not violate the privacy or rights of any other person.
The Village by Eli is a parenting support tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the app — including "Is this normal?" answers, growth chart data, or any other feature — constitutes medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns about your baby or your own health. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
The Village by Eli offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Details of current pricing are available on our website. When the app launches:
Your use of The Village by Eli is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
All content, design, code, branding, and materials on thevillagebyeli.com and in The Village by Eli app — including the name "The Village by Eli," the logo, and all written content — are the intellectual property of The Village by Eli and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Village by Eli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Village by Eli is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided in the app.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nova Scotia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
