Your waitlist data is currently stored securely with Mailchimp, our email marketing platform. When the app launches, all data will be stored with industry-standard encryption in secure cloud infrastructure.
Your baby's photos shared in the Village Social feed are stored privately and are only accessible to the specific people you have invited to your Village. We do not index, search, or display this content publicly under any circumstances.

The Village by Eli is designed for use by parents and caregivers who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Baby tracking data is entered by parents and caregivers on behalf of their child and is handled with the highest level of care and privacy.
Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Once the app launches and you create an account, your data will be retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
